Swedish Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 peeled potatoes
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. beef flavor
    2 c. water
    3/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Slash potatoes into thick slices, but do not cut all the way through.
    Add seasoning to hot water and pour over potatoes. Baste while cooking.
    About 15 minutes before removing from the oven, drain off most of the broth and thicken slighlty with flour. Pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake in oven at 300\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
