Ricotta Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 lb. Ricotta
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    3 large eggs
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/3 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/3 tsp. almond extract
    1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie crust
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients with a mixer on low for 2 minutes. Add eggs, milk and extracts and mix 1 more minute.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
