Easy Oven Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft fine bread crumbs
1 lb. ground turkey
1 tsp. salt
1 large egg
4 servings cooked rice or spaghetti
1 Tbsp. grated onion
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 tsp. pepper
30 oz. garden style pasta sauce
Preparation

Place in greased or Pammed 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan. Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine bread crumbs, onion, turkey, spinach, salt, pepper and egg.
Shape into 16 meatballs. Place in greased or Pammed 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan.
Bake about 25 minutes until meatballs are lightly browned and cooked thoroughly.
Heat pasta sauce.
Add cooked meatballs and simmer 10 minutes to blend flavor.
Serve over rice or spaghetti.
