German Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German sweet chocolate
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 eggs
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. coconut
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Melt chocolate with margarine over low heat.
    Remove. Gradually blend in milk.
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt together; add beaten eggs and vanilla to dry mixture.
    Blend into chocolate mixture.
    Pour into unbaked 10-inch pie shell.
    Mix the coconut and pecans; sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top is puffed.
    Filling will be soft but will set while cooling.
    Cool 4 hours before serving.
