Hillbilly Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
2 eggs
4 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Mix all together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Time depends on the variety of apples used.
Some are juicier so test cake with cake tester or toothpick until it tests done.
