Sweet Potato Casserole(From Barbara Deskins) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (2 lb. 8 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
1 stick margarine
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
small amount of salt
2 to 3 eggs
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 to 2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat potatoes and pour off liquid.
Add margarine, sugars and salt.
Adjust amount of sugar to individual taste.
Mash potatoes with mixer.
Beat eggs and mix in potatoes.
Add milk until consistency is similar to regular mashed potatoes.
Add vanilla.
