Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. bread cubes
2 (10 oz.) frozen cuts of broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook chicken breasts in water, about 45 minutes.
Debone and cut into bite sized pieces.
Layer chicken and thawed broccoli cuts in a Pyrex 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole, mixing gently.
In medium bowl, mix soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Spread on top of chicken and broccoli.
Top with bread cubes and cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
May be frozen.
Bake thawed.
