Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cheese or spinach tortellini
    1 small sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 small carrot, sliced thinly
    1/3 c. sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives or sliced pitted black olives
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. pesto sauce
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    salt to taste
    1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
Preparation
    Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain.
    Rinse with cold water; drain well.
    In a large mixing bowl combine cooked tortellini, sweet pepper, broccoli, carrot and olives.
