Hot Chipped Beef Dip - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. sour cream
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar chipped beef, minced
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. green pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Blend milk, cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Put in casserole and cover with pecans which have been sauteed in the butter.
(Skip the sauteing and toss them on top to save the calories.) Need not be exact on amounts.
Bake in small casserole for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Eliminate baking to serve cold.
