Leona'S Sugar Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can unsweetened frozen apple juice concentrate
    2 rounded Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 to 7 apples, peeled
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 pie crust
Preparation
    Combine apple juice, flour, cinnamon and salt.
    Stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly, about 3 to 5 minutes.
    Stir sliced apples into mixture and pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes more.
