Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. graham crackers, crushed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 can Milnot evaporated milk, chilled overnight
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
    1 c. sugar
    1 small pkg. lemon jello
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix graham crackers and melted margarine; line 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
    Dissolve together jello, boiling water and lemon juice; cool.
    Add jello mixture to cream cheese mixture, then fold in 1 large can Milnot evaporated milk (whipped).
    Pour over graham cracker crust. Sprinkle a few graham cracker crumbs on top.
