Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp cheese
    2 c. butter or margarine
    4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Grate cheese; add margarine at room temperature.
    Cream in mixer to consistency of shortening for cake.
    Gradually add flour, salt and pepper.
    Use star plate or cookie press to shape.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
