Chili Con Queso Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon, minced
    2 large garlic cloves, minced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large can whole tomatoes, cut up
    2 cans (4 oz.) Ortega diced green chilies
    Tabasco sauce
    1/2 lb. coarsely shredded Jack cheese
    1/2 lb. coarsely shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute bacon until crisp, drain well.
    Saute garlic and onions until wilted and add tomatoes.
    Stir and cook until liquid is reduced by 1/2, approximately 1 hour.
    Pour into chafing dish, add bacon and cheese.
    Serve when the cheese has melted.
    Keep warm for dipping with Fritos or Doritos.
