Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of onion soup
    1 c. broth (amount may vary)
    1 pkg. (blue) Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Boil chicken 1 1/4 hours with 1-inch water, covering them. Cool; debone chicken.
    Place chicken in large buttered casserole dish.
    Mix 3 soups and pour over chicken.
    Place finely chopped onion over this.
    Add stuffing.
    Slowly drip batter over this; add broth from chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    This is a meal in itself.
