Oatmeal Hurry-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    3 c. quick oats, uncooked
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine cocoa and sugar.
    Add milk and margarine; cook over low to moderate heat, stirring constantly, until margarine is melted and mixture comes to a boil.
    Continue boiling two minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in oatmeal and peanut butter.
    Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto wax paper.
    Allow cookies to set; store in covered container. Makes about 45 cookies, each with 93 calories, 4.25 g fat and .88 mg cholesterol.
