Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Libby's pumpkin
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. evaporated milk (1 can milk plus enough milk to equal 2 c.)
    3 eggs, beaten
    pinch of salt
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Bake pie crusts for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Mix dry ingredients. Mix into the pumpkin.
    Add eggs and milk.
    Mix with spoon.
    Pour 1/2 into each crust.
    Be careful not to overfill or to get mix on edges of pie crust.
    Bake 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
    Check after 30 minutes.
    Can freeze 1/2 of mixture and bake it later.
