Memoo'S Tomato Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 1/4 c. hot water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    chopped cabbage, celery, chives, carrots, etc.
    lettuce
Preparation
    Boil water.
    Add to gelatin.
    Stir until dissolves.
    Add tomato sauce and vinegar; stir.
    Chill slightly.
    Add vegetables. Pour into individual serving dishes or 8 x 9-inch pan.
    Chill until set.
    Serve over bed of lettuce.
