Turkey Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corkscrew pasta
1 c. chopped cooked turkey
1 c. chopped celery
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 (1 oz.) pkg. Ranch dressing mix
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 tsp. paprika
green pepper rings and tomato slices (optional)
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse. Place in a 2 1/2-quart salad bowl.
Add turkey, celery, onion and green pepper.
Toss to mix.
Combine dressing mix, sour cream, salad dressing and garlic salt.
Add to pasta mixture and mix well.
Sprinkle with almonds and paprika.
Garnish with pepper ring and tomato slice, if desired.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
