German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 cooked potatoes, peel and slice
    1 small onion, cubed
    1 stalk celery, fine slices
    vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. sweet pickle juice
    1/4 c. vinegar (cider)
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Blend in enough vegetable oil to get potatoes moist.
    Let stand.
    Add onion, celery, pickle juice and vinegar.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Keep and serve warm.
