Baked Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steak
    1 can beef broth
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    hot pepper sauce
    onions
    salt and pepper
    flour
Preparation
    Dredge meat in flour, salt and pepper mixture.
    Brown slowly. Add remaining ingredients; simmer 5 minutes.
    Add onions.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 75 minutes.
