Baked Sauerkraut And Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 grated green apple
    1 grated onion (medium)
    1 grated potato
    2 tsp. caraway seed
    4 pork chops
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. dark German beer
    2 bay leaves
    32 oz. jar sauerkraut
Preparation
    Mix everything but chops.
    Put in 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Lay chops on
    top.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with mashed potatoes. Serves 4.
