Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh pork
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
2 Tbsp. flour
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley
3 c. Minute rice
3 c. water
1/2 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
Crisco oil
Preparation
-
Pour enough oil in a large pot to cover bottom.
Brown pork and remove from pot.
Add flour and brown.
Add all ingredients.
Stir well.
Cover and simmer 1 hour.
