Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced chicken
2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. green peppers
2 Tbsp. pimentos, diced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Mix together and put in a greased casserole (shallow).
Cover top with layer of Swiss cheese (not the holey kind).
Mix
1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs in slightly less than 1/2 cup melted butter and sprinkle over top.
Bake 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
