Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium onions, chopped
6 carrots, sliced
6 stalks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
3 cans (16 oz.) kidney beans
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. Greek seasoning
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. rum
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
2 (1 lb. 12 oz.) cans tomatoes
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 2 hours. Serves 10.
