Cinnamon Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium tart apples, cored
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    sugar substitute (equal to 4 tsp. sugar)
Preparation
    Remove thin circle of peel from top half of apple.
    Core. Place apples in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Add water, lemon juice and vanilla. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and sugar substitute.
    Cook on High in microwave for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes or until apples are tender.
