Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
2 c. grated cheddar cheese, divided
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion, divided
6 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. flour tortillas
Preparation

Mix chicken, 1 cup cheese, 1 can soup, 1/4 cup onion and sour cream. Spread on tortillas and roll up. Arrange in two layers in baking dish. Mix 1 can soup, milk and 1 cup cheese. Pour over rolled tortillas, covering thoroughly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
