Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cooked, shredded carrots
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda (baking)
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix sugar, oil, cinnamon, eggs and carrots, then add flour, soda and salt. Mix until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake about 45 minutes or when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, then frost it.
