Broccoli Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads (bunches) broccoli, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 large loaf Italian bread, split lengthwise
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 stick butter or margarine, softened
Preparation
    In skillet, heat olive oil and half of minced garlic for 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and seasoning. Saut until broccoli turns limp; cool. Slice bread and add butter with remaining garlic to each inner side. Spoon broccoli mixture on bottom half of bread, followed by half of cheese. Repeat. Put top half of bread onto the mixture and loosely wrap in foil. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Set aside 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
