Sugarless Jam(For Diabetics) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed, unsweetened pineapple, drained
    1 c. dates
    juice of 1 or 2 lemons
    1/4 c. dried apricots
Preparation
    In blender, mix all ingredients thoroughly; keep refrigerated. Yields 1 3/4 cups or 28 servings, 1 tablespoon each.
