Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 3/4 c. milk (room temperature, if possible)
    2 eggs
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 box raisins (2 c.), soaked in hot water
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Melt butter and mix with eggs and milk.
    Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly. Pour into two greased and floured 8-inch pans.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes depending on oven.
