Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cream-style corn
2 eggs, separated
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine corn, egg yolks, flour, salt and baking powder.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Heat oil.
Drop batter into oil by spoonfuls and deep fry until slightly browned.
Drain and serve hot.
