Hot Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. tomatoes, quartered
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    3/4 c. ground hot pepper (jalapeno)
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    2 or 3 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook for approximately 1 hour, or until thickness desired, in pot without lid.
    Makes 7 pints.
