Sourdough Bread Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. potato flakes
    1/4 c. dry yeast
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. potato flakes
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Let set out all night.
    Cover with paper towel and rubber band.
    Mix once or twice; let ferment all night.
    Take out 1 cup the next day after stirring.
    Put the rest back in the refrigerator.
    Let set 5 to 8 hours.
    Make bread, rolls or pizza dough.
    Makes 3 loaves of bread.
    When jar is full, give 1 cup to a friend.
    Always keep refrigerated.
