Strawberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    3 Tbsp. powdered fruit pectin
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place frozen strawberries in a 2-quart glass microwave-proof bowl.
    Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
    Stir in pectin and microwave on High for 2 minutes.
    Stir in sugar and lemon juice. Microwave on High for 6 minutes, stirring midway through cooking. Pour into glass jars; seal.
    Will last longer if stored in refrigerator after cooling.
    Yields 2 cups.
