Canned Old Fashioned Mincemeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. meat (pork)
    1/2 gal. peaches, pears, etc.
    1 gal. ground or chopped apples
    1 pt. jelly
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. allspice
    2 Tbsp. cloves
    1 pt. vinegar
    salt and sugar to taste
Preparation
    Cook meat and grind.
    Fruit must be cooked, canned fruit may be used, more or less as desired.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put in jars.
    Cold pack 30 minutes or pressure to 10 pounds and turn off.
