Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. sauerkraut, drained 15 minutes and chopped
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
3 Tbsp. chopped red pimento
Preparation

Combine and let set overnight in refrigerator.
Keeps well.
