Truffles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. Duncan Hines creamy homestyle milk chocolate frosting
2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. pecan halves, divided
3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. Crisco shortening
Preparation

Combine frosting and confectioners sugar in large bowl.
Stir with wooden spoon until thoroughly blended.
Cover each of 36 pecan halves with 1 tablespoon candy mixture.
Roll into 1-inch balls; set aside.
Chop remaining pecans; set aside.
