Dairy Queen(No Eggs Ice Cream) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    milk
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in cold water (it will look like applesauce). Heat evaporated milk in pan until almost boiling; remove from heat and add gelatin.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Pour into ice cream freezer; add milk to fill line and stir.
    Freeze as usual.
