Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    carrots, sliced
    chopped onions
    1 can peas, drained
    1 can corn, drained
    salt and pepper
    potatoes
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup, thinned with 1/2 can water
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in pot or roaster pan.
    Put in oven at 275\u00b0, covered.
    Cook for 5 hours.
    Stir every hour.
