Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. coarsely crushed pretzels
1/2 c. sugar
1 cube melted butter or margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 large carton Cool Whip
2 small pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. hot water
2 small pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients and pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 6 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool.
Cream the cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and mix in Cool Whip.
Spread on cooled crust.
Dissolve jello with hot water.
Add strawberries and let set until cool. Pour over cream mixture.
May use raspberries in place of strawberries.
