Fresh String Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh string beans
    1/2 tsp. salt or more to taste
    2 cloves garlic, cut up
    1/2 red bell pepper in strips
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/4 tsp. dried ground rosemary
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook string beans in a steamer or (if no steamer available) in a pot with 1/2 cup water.
    When almost done, add all ingredients. Toss and let them finish cooking slowly.
