Slightly Sweet Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in center of mixture. Combine egg, milk and oil. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove muffins from pan immediately. Makes 10.
