Scalloped Microwave Potato - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, sliced
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. margarine
bell pepper (if desired)
Preparation

Arrange the potatoes in a 3-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with salt, flour and chopped onions.
Pour milk over all; dot with butter.
Cover and cook on 100% power for 16 to 18 minutes.
Turn and stir potatoes 1/2 way through.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
