Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. curly or shell macaroni
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    2 grated carrots
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. mayonnaise
    sugar to taste
Preparation
    Cook macaroni. Drain. Chill.
    Combine vegetables.
    Mix rest of ingredients and toss with vegetables until coated.
    Will keep a week in refrigerator.
