Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 egg yolks
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. water or pineapple juice
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 egg whites
2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, oil, egg yolks, drained pineapple, water or juice and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add nuts and raisins.
Fold into batter.
Pour into greased tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
