Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced pickles
    1/4 c. pepper relish or chow chow
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water until tender.
    Drain off water and mix all ingredients except mayonnaise.
    Let stand for about 5 minutes for ingredients to blend.
    Add just enough mayonnaise to bind ingredients together.
    Let stand for 2 hours before refrigerating.
