Double Crust Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen wheat bread dough, thawed
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    8 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    1 small green pepper, cut in thin strips
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar extra thick spaghetti sauce
    2 tsp. crushed thyme
    1 tsp. crushed fennel seed
    milk
    cornmeal
Preparation
    Shape each loaf of bread dough into a ball; cover and let rise until nearly double.
    Punch down, cover and let rest 10 minutes.
