Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 chicken legs or thighs
    water
    2 celery stalks, halved
    2 carrots, halved
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 carrots, sliced in coins
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 pkg. narrow egg noodles
Preparation
    Put chicken in Dutch oven; cover with water.
    Add salt, pepper, halved celery, halved carrots, onion and garlic.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and reduce heat; simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove and discard celery and carrots.
    Remove chicken; bone, skin and cut in bite size pieces.
    Return meat to stock.
    Add carrot coins and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add noodles and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
