Fluffy Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    3 Tbsp. onion, minced
    2 large potatoes, boiled
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Scrub the 4 potatoes, dry and coat with oil or fat. Wrap in foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Halve lengthwise. Scoop out insides; salt and pepper shells. Mash boiled potatoes with pulp of baked potatoes. Beat sour cream and butter with potatoes until fluffy; season. Stir in onions and parsley; stuff shells. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven until hot.
