Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. cooked squash
    1 large onion
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 stick melted butter
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in bowl, saving 1 1/2 cups stuffing. Pour in baking dish and top with stuffing.
    Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
